Ireland

Ireland is the third largest island in Europe. It lies in between the Atlantic Ocean and Irish Sea. Politically it is divided into the Republic of Ireland (officially named Ireland), and Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom, which covers the northeastern sixth of the island. The name 'Ireland' derives from the name Ériu (Modern Irish:Éire) with the addition of the Germanic word 'land'. Ireland is a stunning country with lush green hillside typical of the Celtic nations. Its main city in the south is Dublin Of Molly Mallone fame while in the North it is Belfast, a cosmopolitan city of Beauty.
